I do offer mobile massage WITH PRIOR CONSENT in the 15 mile radius of Asheville downtown. Please note these are listed as ADD-ONS during checkout. Anything above 15 miles please consult with me prior to see if I am able to come to your area. I often will but it may require added travel cost and time.

I ask that anyone asking for mobile massage for the first time book a 15 MINUTE CONSULT with me first, so I can get to know you and decide if you are someone I feel comfortable visiting.

If you are wanting mobile massage or NKT, Neuro-structural, Hypnosis or other services and are more than 30 minutes drive from Asheville, NC downtown, please reach out directly to ask me if I’d be willing to make a house call this far.

Swedish is a lighter touch, long strokes, and generally less of a targeted deep tissue modality. It is wonderful for relaxation and general muscle fatigue or pain.

Deep tissue massage is still a general massage, not tailored to specific pain points or dysfunction, but because of the higher wear to my own body, it is slightly higher cost. It may involve Gua Sha, use of elbows, trigger point work, and so on.

If you are needing me to address specific issues or pain points, use deeper pressure, and incorporate other modalities beyond relaxation massage into our session, it’s likely you’ll need an Advanced service. This added cost allows me to continue to afford the immense energy and strain to my own body to give the absolute best of myself to my clients, as well as offer you the full gamut of my expertise in advanced massage modalities such as Neuro-structural integration, Pelvic floor work, Myofascial release, NKT corrective exercise, and more.
